1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Abdul Bari Optics (abdulbarioptics.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws in Pakistan, and regulations.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products. However, your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Debit via Local Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay), and Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe.
- Order Confirmation: For COD orders, a representative may contact you via Phone/WhatsApp for verification. Orders without verification may be cancelled.
- Prescription Orders: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate prescription details. Abdul Bari Optics is not liable for vision issues caused by incorrect data entry by the user.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Standard frames are shipped faster, while prescription lenses require an additional 2-4 days for custom preparation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Abdul Bari Optics and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.
6. Limitation of Liability
Abdul Bari Optics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
