Return Policy
Easy 30-day returns for peace of mind
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your frames. Prescription lenses are custom-made but qualify for a 50% refund or free remake if there's an issue.
Condition
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, with all security tags attached, and in the original Abdul Bari Optics protective casing and box.
How to initiate a return
1. Start Online
Log into your account and select "Order History" to request a return label.
2. Pack Securely
Place frames in their case and then inside the original shipping box with the provided return slip.
3. Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized courier point. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
